Fabrics treated with Guardian™ finish clean easily using a mild soap and water solution. Spills can be removed using only a sponge or clean cloth dampened with the soap solution. Rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent soil attraction.

Guardian™ finish contains anti-microbial agents built into its construction providing protection against the growth of bacteria and fungus. Independent tests have shown that fabrics treated with Guardian™ offer resistance to the growth of mildew and the bacterium Staphylococcus Aureus.

Guardian™ treated fabrics can withstand the rigors of the commercial and institutional markets and still maintain their breathability and smooth hand. Since fibers are treated individually, the fabric retains its original texture and flexibility.

Guardian™ is especially designed for use in commercial environments such as the restaurant and hotel industries, healthcare facilities and transportation applications because of its durability, resistance to the proliferation of spores, and its simplistic cleaning demands.

Absecon Mills does not manufacture nor warranty Guardian™, but does provide a limited warranty for the fabric. Improper maintenance of the fabric and/or the Guardian™ finish can void the warranty and Absecon Mills Inc maintains the right to inspect each warranty claim.
