TDSS Retrofit
Kits
We now offer TDSS retrofit kits. We have kits to work with either "L" track fittings or Slide N’ Click fittings. TDSS retrofit kits are quick and easy to install and do not require any drillings or special tools. Both kits work with all FW foldaways and can ship by UPS.
Also, we offer regular 60” lap belts on the TDSS so you can store wheelchairs next to a folded away
seat when they are not being used.
Family-3PT Seat
Later this year, we will be offering our newest seat-The Family-3PT Seat. This seat will be a school bus
activity seat that includes integrated 3-point seat belts. Designed to meet all applicable Federal Motor
Vehicle Safety Standards, every Family-3PT is built to meet the rigors and abuse of heavy school
bus and transit use. Available as a 35" or 32" double, the Family-3PT can be ordered with most any fabric
or vinyl. |
Slim Seats
Freedman Seating Company is proud to announce that we are now
offering our Slim Line seat collection. These new "slimmed down" seats work with regular Feather Weight base frames and legs. These new seats are made with slimmed down seat foam. The net effect is that we are able to reduce cost and weight. All Slim Seats meet the same government standards as Feather Weight Seats
and are held to the same quality standards.
FSTL Update
The FSTL (Freedman Seating Test Lab) was re-accredited last month by A2LA. Furthermore, we have completed over 275 accredited invehicle tests since our formation. Is your bus, truck or van next? Give us a call.

Prison Seats
and Shackles
Are you carrying some rough passengers? Do you need an indestructible seat?The CitiSeat- Prison seat is just the thing. Made with high quality injection molded nylon reinforced ABS, the Prison Seat will withstand all the punishment prisoners, and other rough passengers throw at it. And for those riders who need to be restrained, we now offer integrated shackle rings.
